Engagement Options & Rates

Retainer capacity: The figures below are monthly planning limits—not a minimum commitment, a bank of prepaid hours, or a guaranteed allocation. They do not imply full-time availability or an employment arrangement. Retainers remain outcome- and scope-led, with agreed work prioritized. If an engagement needs more capacity, we can move to the appropriate tier, add capacity by agreement, or choose a different engagement structure.

1. Strategic Systems Advisory (On-Demand Consulting)

Hourly — Bounded, Ad Hoc Work:

  • • $400/hr – Single-session ad hoc consulting calls. (For urgent or one-time needs.)
  • • $300/hr – Pre-scheduled consulting, strategy sessions, or attending key meetings (legal, financial, operational).

This option is time-based and best suited to a clearly bounded question, session, or meeting.

Ongoing Advisory Retainers:

  • • Tier 1 — $2,500/month: Up to 10 hours of strategic capacity per month for a defined priority, with ongoing guidance, priority access, and a regular planning and review rhythm.
  • • Tier 2 — $4,500/month: Up to 20 hours of strategic capacity per month for multiple coordinated priorities, with closer collaboration, active follow-through, and more frequent planning and review.

Best for: Founders, executives, and teams who need ongoing advisory access but don't require full-scale systems design.

2. Systems Architect (Comprehensive Strategy & Implementation Oversight)

Systems Leadership Retainers:

  • • Tier 1 — $5,000/month: Up to 20 hours of strategic capacity per month for ongoing ownership of a primary systems workstream, including direction, implementation oversight, and recurring delivery alignment.
  • • Tier 2 — $9,500/month: Up to 40 hours of strategic capacity per month for broader leadership across interconnected workstreams, with priority access, cross-team coordination, and sustained accountability.

Best for: Businesses aiming for scalable growth, requiring long-term strategic alignment across teams, workflows, and technology.

3. Project-Based System Design & Implementation

• Pricing: Custom, based on scope and complexity (starting at $10,000).

• Scope:

  • • AI & automation strategy – LLM-driven workflows, Agent Development, automation design
  • • Business & financial structuring – Compliance frameworks, operational efficiency
  • • System optimization & implementation – Designing smarter processes for scaling businesses

Best for: Organizations needing structured, executable plans in areas like AI and agentic systems, crypto, finance, or operations.

Equity Considerations

  • • Equity is not a substitute for payment.
  • • Equity deals are only considered when tied to clear milestones or revenue commitments.
  • • No "advisory-for-equity" arrangements without a defined value exchange.

Scope & Boundaries

  • • I do not provide legal, tax, or accounting services.
  • • I work alongside your professional team to ensure that business, legal, financial, and operational strategies stay aligned with your vision—not theirs.
  • • My role is to design the strategy, structure, and execution plan—not to operate as an executor or employee.
